A variety of support mechanisms were available to those who needed assistance.
- Project graduate students provided mentoring and technical
support to faculty and teaching assistants who sought to use technology
to support their instruction. Drop-in help was available every Friday afternoon, and faculty were urged to bring whatever they were working on,
and the staff would lend a hand.
- A technical support person wasa hired to maintain the electronic portfolio
system and do programming of enhancements.
- Periodic workshops were provided
on technology topics of interest (e.g., web page development, WebCT)
by project staff and partners (e.g., ITaP).
- Various resources, including print and
electronic materials, have been identified and made available (see
below).
